Registration on SPANDI requires a confirmed email address. This means that when you register with SPANDI, you need to use a real email address. You will be sent an email at that address with a link to confirm the address is valid. It's a simple enough process. But that doesn't mean that problems never arise.
If you don't see our confirmation email after a few minutes, the first thing to do is to check in your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. The most common issue is email providers that incorrectly identify our confirmation email as spam. Sadly, "confirmation" or "confirm" appear very commonly now in spam, and most of those emails are in fact scams. For an automated system to distinguish between our legitimate registration email and spam can be difficult, and mistakes are often made. Checking the spam folder will resolve the vast majority of cases where the confirmation email never arrived.
Of course, it is possible that an email really never does arrive for whatever reason. You can ask SPANDI to send it again. Even without the email confirmed, you can log into your account; you just can't do much. But the option to send the confirmation email again is in plain sight.

But what if you made a mistake when you type in your email address? You can still fix that. Log into your account with the username you chose, then click/tap on the username to open the menu, and select "Account details."

From there, you'll have the option to change your email address.

When you type in the correct email address, SPANDI will automatically send a confirmation email to that address.
We look forward to seeing you soon, fully confirmed and ready to participate!
NOTE: Accounts which have never confirmed their email address may be deleted after a few days to reduce server clutter. We figure if you didn't confirm your email by then, you probably made another account with a different one. But if not, you're certainly welcome to try again.
